This will, created on LawDepot.com using Joseph Perna’s email and credit card, was drafted the day before our father’s passing—a fact proven through a subpoena and affidavit obtained by our legal team. These documents revealed the devastating truth: the will was not a reflection of our father’s wishes but a calculated act to exclude us from our rightful inheritance.
