OUR MISSION

Welcome to our website, a platform dedicated to seeking justice for our father, the late Gerald Primer aka James Perna, and exposing the truth about the fraudulent actions that stripped our family of his legacy. We are determined to honor our father’s memory by sharing our story and pursuing accountability for those who betrayed his trust.

Our father’s estate, built through years of hard work and love for his family, was meant to be a legacy shared among his four sons. However, we discovered that our two other brothers, Joseph and Matthew Perna, allegedly created a fraudulent will, leaving myself and my younger brother with nothing. This will, created on LawDepot.com using Joseph Perna’s email and credit card, was drafted the day before our father’s passing—a fact proven through a subpoena and affidavit obtained by our legal team. These documents revealed the devastating truth: the will was not a reflection of our father’s wishes but a calculated act to exclude us from our rightful inheritance.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to seek justice for our father and ensure his true intentions are honored. We are committed to raising awareness about estate fraud, advocating for stronger protections for families, and holding those responsible accountable. This website serves as a space to share our story, provide updates on our legal journey, and connect with others who may have faced similar injustices.

We believe no family should endure the pain of having a loved one’s legacy stolen. By sharing our experience, we hope to inspire change, support others in their fight against fraud, and restore what was unjustly taken from us. Thank you for visiting our site and standing with us as we pursue truth, justice, and healing for our family.
